The total surface of the bigger house is 795m2.

The small house consists of ground floor and 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a wellness center and together with a hallway there is a surface of 63,72 m2.

In a small house on each floor there is 1 apartment and all 3 apartments have a total area of 206,85 m2, which together with the ground floor gives the total surface of a small house of 270,57 m2.
